Responsible for applications engineering which may include designing, defining, implementing system requirements, analyzing and/or testing Nordson ASYMTEK products. Coordinates subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. May conduct feasibility studies on new and modified designs. May direct support personnel in preparation of detailed design, design testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing. May attend sales presentations and sales related seminars. May occasionally travel to customer sites.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Execute Validation and Verification tests on Nordson ASYMTEK Platform and Valve prototypes
- Create written test plans and test reports per Nordson ASYMTEK Design and Development standards
- Present test results verbally in a concise, organized manor.
- Provide technical feedback to draw performance conclusions based on test results
- Coordinate test activities w/staff test engineers
