Responsibilities:

  •  Assign open request support desk tickets to appropriate resource
  • Process New Hires/ Account Access
  •  Process password reset/unlock for network and SAP
  •   Update user profiles (SAP provisions)
  •  Network Printer Troubleshooting
  • Software Resolution

Education Required:

 

·          Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Business Management with an IS minor preferred or a minimum of 8years of experience in a related role.

Experience Required:

0-1 Year Experience with Degree or 8 years experience.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills; excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsWindows 2000, Windows 2003, MS Exchange (2000 and 2003) and Active Directory a plusBasic
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  •  Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with SAP a plus
