· Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Business Management with an IS minor preferred or a minimum of 8years of experience in a related role.
0-1 Year Experience with Degree or 8 years experience.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Excellent customer service skills; excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsWindows 2000, Windows 2003, MS Exchange (2000 and 2003) and Active Directory a plusBasic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision Experience with SAP a plus
