Direct Bond Copper (DBC) on Al2O3, AlN and BeO substrates
A Copper foil is eutectically bonded with copper oxide to a substrate surface.
Finish: with or without Ni/Au metallization
Full Face DBC or structured acc to customer drawing

Complete on-site Thick Film manufacturing capabilities.
Gold, Platinum-Gold, Silver, Palladium-Silver and Copper pastes are available
