Westlake, Ohio, - May 22, 2007 - Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq:NDSN) today announced that its board of directors has declared a third quarter 2007 cash dividend in the amount of $0.175 per common share, payable on June 19, 2007 to shareholders of record on June 5, 2007.  

This amount equals the $0.175 per common share cash dividend paid in the second quarter of fiscal year 2007.
