High Flow Diaphragm Valves

The compact 752HF Series high flow diaphragm valve provides drip-free application of UV-cure resins and similar fluids used in Blu-ray DVD and CD production processes.

The 752HF high flow dispense valve system is specifically designed for precise fluid dispensing of UV-cure resins and similar fluids used in media manufacturing of Blu-ray DVDs, DVDs and CDs. Unrestricted material flow reduces turbulence and the formation of micro-bubbles.

Media manufacturers can increase production speeds through faster dispensing of thick fluids without micro-bubbles that could result in imperfections and rejects.

The complete high flow diaphragm system includes the 752HF dispense valve, ValveMate™ 8000 controller, fluid reservoir and dispense tip.
