Diaphragm Valves

The 752V series diaphragm valve is ideal for dispensing controlled amounts of most low- to medium-viscosity fluids. Wetted components are machined from inert UHMW* polymer, making The 752 series diaphragm valve ideal for dispensing adhesives, anaerobic threadlockers and dispensing reactive fluids.

752V Series diaphragm valve systems accurately control the application of most low- to medium- viscosity fluids. The unique seal-less design incorporates an inert polymer diaphragm that isolates the actuator from the valve.

The adjustable open/close stroke 0.13 to 0.64 mm (0.005" to 0.025") means very fast response and positive shutoff. Wetted components are made of inert plastics.

Two configurations are available:

  • The basic 752V Series valve configuration is actuated by an external solenoid, and is capable of open times as short as 15 milliseconds and more than 500 cycles per minute.
  • The 752V Series with BackPack™ Valve Actuator has a compact solenoid installed on the valve’s actuating air cylinder for faster response time and less variation due to fluctuating plant air supplies or different air line lengths. Advanced miniature solenoid technology makes it possible to achieve valve actuation speeds as short as 5-6 milliseconds, and cycle rates as high as 800 per minute. (The BackPack™ Valve Actuator is also available separately for installation on existing 752V Series valves.)

The 752V Series valves are used with ValveMate™ 8000 controllers or Nordson EFD dispensing robots.
