The Square Wave 745NC is a high speed, non-contact dispense valve developed for the photovoltaic (PV) industry. It applies controlled amounts of liquid flux on cell bus bars and the solder-coated ribbon used to connect PV wafers - at cycle rates up to 500Hz with volume output as small as 0.15µL.
