Lead-free Shiny Fillet

The lead-free solder joint is shiny with similar appearance to Sn/Pb.

Typical applications include Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Electrical Components, Electro-Mechanical Components and Direct Lead-free replacement for 63/37 Sn/Pb.

Flux Types available: No Clean.
