Performus™ Series Dispensers

Nordson EFD’s Performus dispensers increase throughput, improve yields, and reduce production costs through controlled adhesive dispensing, lubricant dispensing and other assembly fluids. Performus™ I

For operator-controlled fluid dispensing applications requiring only a manual fluid deposit.

 

Performus™ II

A digital timer and general-purpose air pressure regulator make the Performus II a good choice for basic fluid dispensing applications that require a dispenser with a timed shot.

 

Performus™ III

Features a 0-7 bar (0-100 psi) pressure regulator that handles all fluid dispensing applications.

 

Performus™ IV

Has a 0-1.03 bar (0-15 psi) regulator that provides greater control when dispensing thin fluids.

 

Performus™ V - VIII

For fluid dispensing that requires a high degree of process control. Dispenses adhesives, solder pastes and other assembly fluids consistently. All units feature a convenient Teach function that makes it simple to set initial shot size, vacuum control, and an I/O connection. The Performus VII and Performus VIII include a digital vacuum display that adds an extra measure of process control.
