The Swirl Coat applicator applies 100-percent solid conformal coating materials in a choice of bead, monofilament swirl or swirl spray modes. Conformal coating modes can be programmed to change on-the-fly, allowing you to achieve film builds ranging from 0.25 to 20 mils with up to 100 percent material utilization.
Pattern widths are adjustable by mode and range from 0.10 to 0.75 inches. Edge tolerance is .025 in bead and monofilament modes and .060 in swirl spray mode.
