Flow Monitoring System

Nordson ASYMTEK's Flow Monitoring System aids in closing the dispensing loop for conformal coating. Flow monitoring confirms that products have been coated with the correct amount of material with a resolution of ± 0.05cc.

The Flow Monitoring System monitors the volume of material dispensed on a product against an established target. The Nordson ASYMTEK Easy Coat® for Windows XP® (ECXP) software logs all data (amount of material dispensed) to a log file and database. The data is displayed on the computer screen in bar graph format with time history.

The Flow Monitoring System is designed for use with Nordson ASYMTEK's S-940E/S-941-E conformal coating systems that are equipped with the SC-204/104, SC-280N/280C, SC-300 or SC-400 applicators.
