End of Product Life Return Procedure

1. Contact the Nordson Return Center (NERC) to obtain a return authorization number. The phone number is +31-43-352-6000.
2. Product return preparation
   1. Used equipment can have minimal dry or solid material on the exterior or the interior of the equipment.
   2. Equipment must be packaged in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
   3. All returns must be appropriately labeled and have the correct shipping documents.
   4. The return authorization number must be identified in the shipping documents to allow for efficient return of WEEE products.
3. After approval and receipt of a return authorization number, the following carriers can be used:
   1. DHL
   2. Danzas
   3. TNT
   4. UPS
