Bruce H. Fields is vice president of human resources for Nordson Corporation, a multinational company with direct operations in 30 countries and more than 3,600 employees worldwide.
In his position, Fields directs Nordson's worldwide strategic human resource initiatives, including organizational design, employee development and relations activities, and compensation and benefits programs.
Bringing more than 12 years of management experience in human resources, Fields joined Nordson in 1988 as manager of human resources for the company's product development and manufacturing center in Amherst, Ohio. He was promoted to director of human resources in 1989. He was elected to his current position in 1992.
Fields holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio.
