The patented Fillmaster system increases production efficiency by automatically refilling adhesive melters, relieving operators from frequent tank filling chores and helping maintain adhesive thermal characteristics for proper bonding. The Fillmaster I system feeds one melter; the Fillmaster II feeds two melters.
- Install on Nordson Series 3400, 3500 and 3700 piston-pump melters; ProBlue® and DuraBlue® melters.
- Automatically refill melter using advanced low-level sensor that reads tank conditions.
