Designed with the user in mind, EasyOn technology features a guided, one-way fit (mated module and gun body surfaces) for installation that is safer and easier even for gun bodies located deep within machines. The machined surfaces on both the gun body and gun module allow the user to "hang" and the module to "hold" onto the gun body, eliminating the need for the user to touch the gun body when attaching the module.

EasyOn technology is featured on new ClassicBlue™, MiniBlue™, SolidBlue™ and SureBead™ guns.  All four gun modules are backward compatible with existing flat Nordson gun bodies allowing packagers to use inventories of previous generation guns, but without the "hang" and "hold" advantages of two mated surfaces.
