Nordson e.dot guns are designed for use in high-end packaging applications requiring small dots of adhesive, such as cigarette tax stamps and couponing, chocolate wrapping and small carton flap sealing.

This easy-to-install gun features plug and play connections between the adhesive melter, the gun, an external gun driver and a specially designed small diameter hose.

The e.dot gun delivers cycle rates as fast as 2 ms and a service life in excess of 200 million cycles. A ball and nozzle/seat design provides excellent repeatability, pattern control and consistency. A removable armature and seat and interchangeable nozzles simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.
