Duluth, Georgia - September 19, 1998 - The new TG09 Adhesive Applicator System from Nordson boosts productivity of vertical feed SWF machines by increasing the accuracy and precision of glue placement and cutoff. The system maintains consistent temperature and pressure of the hot melt to produce cleanly sealed seams - meaning fewer rejects, reduced adhesive consumption and reduced clean-up time.

Each hot melt tank feeds up to 6 right-angle nozzles, eliminating the need for gun hoses. Nozzles can be repositioned easily, adapting quickly to many different corrugated blanks and adhesive patterns. Other easy-to-use features include simple ON/OFF ready lights, self-cleaning Teflon(-coated tanks and rugged cast-in heating elements.

Featuring a high capacity single-acting pump and a large adhesive tank, the TG09 system runs for long periods of time without operator intervention. The system (no CE label) ships with a pattern controller and complete installation kit to ensure quick set up and operation.
