Nordson temporary carton seal systems dispense low bond strength thermoplastic adhesive to carton ends. The bond prevents unwanted pop opens yet allows opening without fiber tear for removal of product for the application of tax stamps or coupons.

The system replaces traditional stick, no-stick carton end applications and water-based crystallizing adhesive or “green” glue.

Nordson adhesive melters are available with Teflon®-free tanks and components and can be configured to fit Focke, GD and Molins machinery.
