AltaBlue adhesive melters provide an all-electric solution for manual, semi-automatic and automatic applications. The melters feature variable speed AC motors with spur gear pumps for easy-to-operate, low-maintenance hot melt adhesive application. Key-to-line functionality delivers an added level of control for automated applications.
The AltaBlue TT melters are available in 4, 10 and 16-liter tank sizes. The Teflon® -coated tube tank eliminates dead corners and minimizes adhesive char. The large, accessible tank opening provides for easier filling and cleaning.
Easy-to-use, intuitive controls and status-at-a-glance indicators simplify programming and operation. A 7-day clock allows automatic daily startup, standby and shutdown.
Installation and set-up are made easy with quick connect hoses and guns. Single-tool, easy-access panels and disposable Saturn® -style basket filters provide straightforward maintenance.
