New LA 300 dual-acting piston pumps from Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ:  NDSN) provide consistent delivery and production flexibility for cold adhesives.  The LA 300 pump is specifically designed for paper and paperboard converting applications such as folding carton and bag and sack manufacturing.

The balanced air motor provides constant adhesive output up to 120 liters per hour.  This high output provides reliable delivery to high-speed lines and feeds dozens of guns simultaneously.  High flow rates allow use of lower pressure, reducing risk of adhesive shearing.

The air-to-fluid ratio of 7:1 delivers precise, consistent application when used with LA 380 regulators.  The pump and regulator combination handles a wide range of adhesives including pressure-sensitive and low-viscosity adhesives.

A rotating manifold allows independent orientation of the filter and air motor sections to support a variety of installation options.  Mounting options include wall-mount, lid-mount or system-trolley configurations.

The wetted pump and regulator parts are manufactured from stainless steel and engineered plastics to resist corrosion and leakage.  Integrated filters trap potentially harmful contaminants.
