Corrugated gluing stations from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq – NDSN) deliver the robust, flexible bracketry needed for corrugated box manufacture. The gluing stations, which support various glue application guns, are designed to securely hold corrugated blanks for accurate glue placement.
Solid construction is ideal for the demanding corrugated box production environment. A floating glue application head accommodates changes in board thicknesses and helps prevent jamming while providing better contact between corrugated boards and glue pattern plate.
Flexible design provides easy conversion from inside to outside glue lap and adapts for tab or fourth panel application. The design also supports production of narrow body boxes.
Corrugated gluing stations are designed for use with the new WM 801-S electric gun which utilizes a quick slide plate feature. Additionally, the gluing station can be used with existing WM 801-Q electric guns or WM 710 pneumatic guns
