The Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq – NDSN) WM 100CS corrugated system delivers comprehensive cold adhesive application and control for inline seam sealing. The random-length pattern control feature provides for consistent adhesive placement by automatically adjusting pattern length without additional programming by the machine operator.

The WM 100CS pattern control directs precise adhesive placement and consistent glue volume throughout the machine speed range. The integrated run-up flow control regulates hydraulic pressure based on line speed.

The WM 100CS system is readily adaptable to most flexo folder gluer machines. The versatile system easily converts from inside to outside glue lap capability. Additionally, glue patterns can be verified using the optional WM 500 cold adhesive detection system.

The WM 100CS system comes as a complete package. The configurable system offers a choice of pneumatic or electric guns and diaphragm or piston pumps to meet specific manufacturing requirements.
