The new LA 4100 pattern control system from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq—NDSN) controls precise adhesive placement while offering easy installation and programming. The two-channel system is ideal for print finishing and simple folding carton operations.

The LA 4100 dual-channel pattern control provides accurate handling of up to eight glue guns and offers one or two programmable patterns per channel. A multi-point pressure curve provides precise adhesive deposition across the full machine speed range.

The pattern control is easy to install, featuring quick connect cables and the capability to link to other devices. The LA 4100 has an internal timer function for fixed speed machines.

The LA 4100 control system is simple to program and operate featuring a touch pad and scrollable LCD display. The LCD display shows machine speed, work rate and work total when in operation and LED indicators confirm encoder, trigger and output activities.
