Pre-Installation Project Management

Our service starts long before the system is installed at your facility. When you purchase a Nordson liquid painting system, we assign an experienced application engineer to manage your project. Your system requirements are matched with our engineering, manufacturing, pre-assembly and installation capabilities to ensure that your system is designed as proposed, delivered on time, installed efficiently and operating properly.


Installation and System Start-Up

Nordson offers several equipment installation options tailored to fit your individual situation and budget. Most commonly, our factory-direct field engineer and local customer service representative are present to assist your personnel in final system assembly and initial equipment start-up. By participating in equipment installation, your personnel become familiar with different coating system assembly, operation and maintenance.
 
If your new system includes sophisticated automation and PLC controls, a Nordson controls engineer is available during start-up to ensure program accuracy and proper control system configuration.Nordson start-up supervision includes approval of equipment operation at staging before shipment for installation.
 
And because Nordson equipment arrives factory pre-assembled, installation of even the most sophisticated spray systems can be accomplished in just a few days. In some cases, when your plant personnel are unavailable to assist with equipment installation, we can quote a "turnkey" or "modified turnkey" installation.


Equipment Training

Training is critical to the success of any finishing operation. Once your system is installed, Nordson will conduct a comprehensive training workshop at your facility to assure that all personnel understand the proper use and maintenance of your new system. After completion of our workshop training, your plant personnel will be capable of operating your new liquid painting system to achieve the highest degree of finish quality and system efficiency.
