Variations in spray pressures, worn nozzles or partially clogged nozzles often cause inconsistent quality and variable spray weights.  These problems can be difficult to identify during production as by the time the problem is found, hundreds or thousands of improperly coated cans have been produced.

The Nordson iTrax® Spray Monitor System uses an embedded Digital Signal Processor to closely monitor the system and alert the user of changes in pressure, flow or quality.
