Regardless of whether you are entering by regular mail or online, you must provide a complete and valid email address or telephone number to qualify for entry. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified Multiple entries of the same natural person utilizing different telephone numbers or email addresses is prohibited. All entries for a particular Sweepstakes drawing must be received during the Promotions Period. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by a script, macro, robotic, programmed or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. PRIZE: One winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one SIRIUS™ Sportster Plug&Play Satellite Radio and lifetime subscription to SIRIUS satellite radio ($700 USD retail value). Two winners will receive the SIRIUS™ Sportster Car Kit and a one-year subscription ($250 USD retail value). Twelve winners will receive a 64Mb flash drive ($15 USD). "SIRIUS" is a trademark of SIRIUS Satellite Radio Inc. Any government, state & local taxes and any other applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.
PRIZE DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”) from all eligible entries received during the Promotions Period. The (“Grand Prize Drawing”) will take place on or about the 5th day following the last day of the Promotions Period. All winners will be selected at random. Nordson Corporation will conduct the random drawings electronically. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Drawing and award of all prizes will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judge, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Allow 4 to 6 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail. If, in the judge’s opinion, there is any suspected difficulties or actual evidence of electronic or other tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Nordson Corporation reserved the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the then currently available prizes using all currently eligible online entries received as of the termination date. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone (at Sponsor's discretion). In the event of noncompliance, if the winner cannot be reached at the telephone number, email or other address on winner's entry, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If there are no eligible entries, that particular vacation prize will not be awarded. Prizes won by a minor will be awarded only in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners or their parents/guardian if they are a minor. By participating and accepting a prize, so long as there is no legal prohibition, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to him/her relating to Sponsor or this promotion, and releases any and all rights to said use without further compensation.
