The PM-Series Hot Melt Adhesive Premelters from Nordson Corporation are now available in CE-certified, 400-volt models. These new Premelters offer all the standard features found in Nordson 440/480-volt models including choice of 150 or 250 lb. (68 or 115 kg) capacity adhesive tanks with melt rates up to 150 or 250 lb/hr respectively. The Premelter can be configured with up to two low-maintenance gerotor-style adhesive pumps, each capable of feeding up to two hoses.

Nordson Vista™ adhesive temperature controls eliminate operator guesswork. Digital readouts of setpoint and actual adhesive temperature permit quick quality control assessment. A 7-day clock lets you preset automatic startup, shutdown and standby modes for greater operating efficiency. Settings can be password protected.

With an optional downstream adhesive level sensor, the Premelter automatically replenishes wheel pot applicators or roll coaters. An optional Nordson FillSentry™ automatically fills the Premelter with dry adhesive pellets for hands-free operation.
