Low-Pressure Molding

Use low-pressure systems to apply polyamides to delicate switches, sensors and relays.

WS 100 work stations use low-pressure injection molding to avoid the damage high-pressure molding can cause to electrical/electronic components.

Nordson systems apply solvent-free, environmentally friendly thermoplastic polyamides to protect electrical and electronic components, switches, sensors and relays against humidity, dust, vibration, temperature fluctuations and other extreme influences. Typical products include automotive, home-appliance, industrial and communication components.

    • Improve product quality with low-pressure injection molding that avoids component damage caused by high-pressure processes.

    • Use different polyamide materials for optimal adhesion.
